How to use the included locker calculator widgets on compatible versions of our apps.
Open your home screen’s widget picker.
Long-press an empty area on your home screen, then choose Widgets. The wording depends on your Android launcher.
Find the widget that belongs to your locker.
Look for Calculator(PL) for Photo Locker, Calculator(VL) for Video Locker, or Calculator(PW) for Password Locker where that legacy feature is available. You do not need a separate calculator download.
Add it to your home screen.
Touch and hold the included widget and place it in an empty space.
Use your PIN locally.
Enter your locker PIN on the widget, then tap the number display to open the corresponding app. Never send the PIN to support.
Still not opening? Keep your data intact.
Restart your device and try again. If the problem remains, contact support with the app version, Android version and launcher. Do not uninstall or clear app data as a first troubleshooting step.
