Make a privacy
or deletion request.

For app accounts or information held by Handy Apps, tell us what you would like to access, correct or delete.

This page does not delete anything automatically. For contact details, open your app’s Google Play listing and expand App support. Requests require review and, where appropriate, proportionate verification of ownership.

Send us the right details.

Use our support options with the app name, version, the email associated with that app account if applicable, and what you want deleted. Do not send account passwords, PINs or the content of private files.

For apps with an account-deletion control, you can also use the control in the app. If you cannot access the app, use the support options below. Deleting a Handy Apps account is not a request to delete your Google account.

What happens next?

Support will identify the product, the information under our control and any verification needed to process the request. If information must be retained for a legitimate reason, such as applicable legal or fraud-prevention obligations, that should be explained. Information controlled by a separate service provider can require a request to that provider.

Local records, photos and videos

For content stored only on your device, removal must take place on that device using the relevant app or device controls. Independent exports, cloud backups and copies on another device are separate.

Back up what you want to keep first.Uninstalling Photo Locker or Video Locker, clearing app data or resetting a device can permanently delete hidden media. Unhide and verify a separate backup before making these changes. Handy Apps does not keep a cloud copy of hidden locker media.

Subscriptions are separate.

A privacy or deletion request does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions in the Google Play account used for the purchase.
